Premium Hungarian pálinka from the plum of Penyige, which is deservedly famous in Hungary
The "Penyigei" or "nemtudom" plum has grown wild for centuries on the Tisza and Szamos floodplains, which is excellent for both jam and 1TP5 base material. In the fragrance of pálinka, muscat plum is dominant, elegantly floral, with slightly perfumed notes. The taste is sweet, fruity, spiced with a little cinnamon. Aromas reminiscent of plum jam linger for a long time.
